For each shipment, BH curve, dimension inspection report as well as magnetic flux data will be provided. Other quality inspections and corresponding reports eg. Salt Spary Test (SST), Pressure Cooker Test (PCT), Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST) etc. are also available according to customer requirements.

Before shipping, we can provide photos or videos of the products for you to be sure that your magnets are produced and packaged according to the requirements.
For some projects, samples are needed before mass production. We accept sample orders and can ship the sample within one or two weeks.
In terms of transportation, we strive to improve efficiency and save costs for our customer. Depending on the weight and volume, magnets will be shipped by air, by sea or sometime by rail. Apart from DHL, FedEx and UPS for a speedy delivery, we have strong freight forwarder partners who specilize in different transportations to different countries respectively.
Cash flow can be critical to your company, especially if you purchase a vast amount of rare earth magnets. For customers with good payment history, we can offer open account terms. By doing so, our customer can enjoy a better cash flow status.
We also develop free apps that can be downloaded online without any payments. All our products have high usability allowing users to easily operate the apps.
